The wall in between the kitchen and dining room was removed to allow for a large center island and an open concept floor plan.
I know I'm biased having done the design, but aren't the light fixtures amazing?! The kitchen pendants are from Shades of Light and the dining room light is from Ballard Designs.
The dining room went from being dark and closed off to open, airy and fabulous!
The living room has newly refinished hardwood floors, new paint and crown molding, gorgeous built-ins, lots of natural light and a fireplace with marble surround.
You may remember my post on this bathroom remodel a few years ago (if not, take a look here). Complete with marble hex floors, top of the line vanity and a subway tile shower surround, this bathroom will stand the test of time.
The basement was another HUGE undertaking. Completely finished in 2015, this remodel added SO much bright and comfortable living space!
The basement also has a full bathroom and spacious bedroom with two large closets and an egress window.
The bonus room off the kitchen is currently used for an office, but could also function as a mudroom or playroom. This room has new paint and tile floors.
